· To review or cancel an existing hotel reservation made through our online booking system, enter the Guest's secret number, Reservation number and the E-Mail address used for the reservation, then click the "View/Modify/Cancel Reservation" button. (All these details can be found on this e-mail confirmation).
· After reviewing the reservation, you have the option to cancel it or exit without making any changes.
· In case you loose all the details concerning your reservation, please contact us and w'll send you a copy with your reservation details.
· If you want to proceed with a cancellation but you lost all the reservation details, sending us an E-mail we can cancel the reservation for you. In this case we can help you only if you are in the terms of the hotel cancellation policy.
